सं. एन-15/13/13/4/2015-यो. एवं वि.--कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा (सामान्य) विनियम-1950 के विनियम 95-क के साथ पठित कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम 1948, (1948 का 34) की धारा-46(2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के अनुसरण में महानिदेशक ने 01 सितम्बर, 2015 ऐसी तारीख के रूप में निश्चित की है जिससे उक्त विनियम-95-क तथा उत्तराखण्ड कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा नियम-1957 में निर्दिष्ट चिकित्सा हितलाभ उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में बीमांकित व्यक्तियों के परिवारों पर लागू किये जाएंगे, अर्थात् :
