सा.का.नि. 199.—केन्द्रीय सरकार जीवन बीमा निगम अध्निियम, 1956 ;1956 का 31द्ध की धरा 48 द््वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जीवन बीमा निगम नियम, 1956 का और संशोध्न करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्् :-
1.;1द्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम जीवन बीमा निगम ;संशोध्नद्ध नियम, 2015 है ।
;2द्ध ये राजपत्रा में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृृत्त होंगे ।
2. जीवन बीमा निगम नियम, 1956 के नियम 8 में ,-
;कद्ध खंड ;कद्ध में ''10,000 रुपए'' अंकों और अक्षरों के स्थान पर ''20, 000 रुपए'' अंक और अक्षर रखे जाएंगे ।

G.S.R. 199.—ln exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the Life Insurance Corporation Act, 1956 (31 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Life Insurance Corporation Rules, 1956, namely :-
1. (1 )These rules may be called the Life Insurance Corporation (Amendment) Rules, 2015.
(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Life Insurance Corporation Rules, 1956, in rule 8, -
(a) in clause (a), for letters and figures "Rs.1 0,000", the letters and figures "Rs.20,000" shall be substituted;
(b) in clause (b), for letters and figures "Rs.5,000", the letters and figures "Rs.10,000" shall be substituted.

सा.का.नि. 200.—केन्द्रीय सरकार पंजाब पुनर्गठन अध्निियम, 1966 ;1966 का 31द्ध की धरा 97 द््वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भाखड़ा ब्यास प्रबंध्न बोर्ड नियमावली, 1974 को संशोध्ति करने के लिए आगे निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है अर्थात्् :-
1.;1द्ध इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भाखड़ा ब्यास प्रबंध्न बोर्ड ;संशोध्नद्ध नियम, 2015 है ।
;2द्ध ये राजपत्रा में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृृत्त होंगे ।
2. भाखड़ा ब्यास प्रबंध्न बोर्ड नियम, 1974 में ,-
;1द्ध परंतुक के स्थान पर नियम 3, उप-नियम ;3द्ध में निम्नलिखित परंतुक रखा जाएगा अर्थात्् :-
[भाग IIखण्ड 3;iद्ध] भारत का राजपत्रा : अक्तूबर 24, 2015/कातक 2, 1937 1457''परंतु यदि अध्यक्ष अथवा पूर्ण कालिक सदस्य राज्य सरकार, राज्य विद््युत बोर्ड, केंद्रीय पब्लिक सेक्टर उपक्रम और केंद्रीय सरकार से प्रतिनियुक्ति पर है तो केंद्रीय सरकार, आदेश द््वारा किसी भी समय उस राज्य सरकार या विद््युत बोर्ड या केंद्रीय पब्लिक सेक्टर उपक्रम को उसकी सेवाएं वापस सौंप सकती है ।''
;1द्ध नियम 4, में-
;कद्ध परंतुक के स्थान पर उप-नियम ;1द्ध खंड ;खद्ध में निम्नलिखित परंतुक रखा जाएगा अर्थात्् :-
''परंतु जहां राज्य सरकार, राज्य विद््युत बोर्ड, केंद्रीय पब्लिक सेक्टर उपक्रम या केंद्रीय सरकार के अंतर्गत सेवारत किसी व्यक्ति को अध्यक्ष या पूर्णकालिक सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त किया जाता है वहां ऐसी नियुक्ति उस व्यक्ति के वेतनवृृ(ि, उपदान, पेंशन या अन्य सेवा निवृृत्ति पफायदों, जो कि वह व्यक्ति ले रहा होता या उसे प्राप्त होते यथास्थिति उसे अध्यक्ष या पूर्णकालिक सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त न किया जाता, पर कोई प्रतिकूल प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी ।''
;खद्ध उप-नियम ;2द्ध में निम्नलिखित परंतुक अंतः स्थापित किया जाएगा अर्थात्् :-
''परंतु यदि केंद्रीय पब्लिक सेक्टर उपक्रम के अंतर्गत सेवारत व्यक्ति के भाखड़ा ब्यास प्रबंध्न बोर्ड में प्रतिनियुक्ति पर आने पर, उक्त बोर्ड में उनकी प्रतिनियुक्ति के दौरान कार्य निष्पादन संब( वेतन ग्राह््य नहीं होगा ।''

G.S.R. 200.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 97 of the Punjab Re-organisation Act, 1966 (31 0f 1966) the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Bhakra Beas Management Board Rules, 1974, namely :-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Bhakra Beas Management Board (Amendment) Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Bhakra Beas Management Board Rules, 1974,-
(I) in rule 3, sub-rule (3) for the proviso, the following proviso shall be substituted, namely:-
"Provided that if such Chairman or whole-time Member is on deputation from any State Government, State Electricity Board, Central Public Sector Undertaking or the Central Government, the Central Government may at any time by order return his services to such Government or Electricity Board or Central Public Sector Undertaking.";
(II) in rule 4,-
(A) in sub-rule (1), in clause (b), for the proviso, the following proviso shall be substituted, namely: - "Provided that where a person serving under the State Government, State Electricity Board, Central Public Sector Undertaking or the Central Government is appointed as the Chairman or a whole-time Member, such appointment shall not adversely affect the pay, increment, gratuity, pension and other retirement benefits which he would have drawn or received had he not been so appointed as Chairman or whole-time Member, as the case be."
(B) in sub-rule (2) the following proviso may be inserted, namely:—
"Provided that in case of a person serving under any Central Public Sector Undertaking coming on deputation to Bhakra Beas Management Board, the Performance Related Pay will not be admissible during their deputation in the said Board" .
