संकल्प किया जाता है कि स्वैच्छिक परिसमापक द्वारा प्रस्तुत लेखा-विवरण सदस्यों द्वारा अनुमोदित और अंगीकृत किये गये हैं।
यह भी संकल्प किया जाता है कि कथित अधिनियम की धारा 550 के अनुपालन में कंपनी और परिसमापक के बही, खाते और दस्तावेज कंपनी अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 497 के अनुसार कंपनी को विसर्जित मानने के पश्चात पूर्व के अंशधारकों के सुपुर्द कर दिये जायेंगे।
संकल्प किया जाता है कि कंपनी अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 550(2) के अनुपालन में कंपनी विसर्जन के पांच वर्षों के बाद कंपनी, स्वैच्छिक परिसमापक, अथवा कोई व्यक्ति जिस पर बहियो और कागजातों की सुरक्षित रखवाली दी गई है, पर किसी बही या कागजात में इच्छुक किसी व्यक्ति के दावों पर इनकी अनुपलब्धता के लिए कोई जिम्मेदारी बाकी नहीं होगी।

अध्याय-III : कारोबारी सदस्यता
1. (i) एक्सचेंज के नियमों के अध्याय-III का मौजूदा नियम (3) को उप-खंड (ख) के पश्चात उप-खंड (ग) के रूप में ''सीमित देनदारी साझेदारी'' को अंतःस्थापित करके संशोधित किया जाएगा।
(ii) इसके परिणामस्वरूप, अध्याय-III के नियम (3) के मौजूदा उप-खंडों (ग), (घ), (ड.) और (च) को क्रमशः उप-खंड (घ), (ड.) (च) और (छ) के रूप में पुनः क्रमांकित किया जाएगा।
2. एक्सचेंज के नियमों के अध्याय-III के मौजूदा नियम (5) के पश्चात नियम (5क) के रूप में निम्नलिखित खंड अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा :
''(5क) कोई सीमिति देनदारी साझेदारी एक्सचेंज की कारोबारी सदस्यता के लिए अनुमति दिए जाने की पात्र नहीं होगी, जब तक कि :
(क) समिति देनदारी साझेदारी बनायी जाती है और सीमित देनदारी साझेदारी अधिनियम, 2008 के तहत पंजीकृत नहीं की जाती है।
(ख) समिति देनदारी साझेदारी, सीमित देनदारी साझेदारियों से संबंधित प्रतिभूति संविदा (विनियम) नियम, 1957 के नियम 8(6) में निर्धारित शर्तों का अनुपालन नहीं करती''।

"Transmission System for Patran 400 KV Substation" Project includes:
1. Creation of 2x500 MVA 400/220 KV Substation at Patran
2. LILO of both circuits of existing 400 KV Patiala- Kaithal D/c transmission line at Patran Substation
The Substation will be located at villages Banwala and Drauli under Tehsil Patran, Dist. Patiala and LILO shall be carried out in village Drauli at Tower 419 of existing 400 KV D/C Patiala-Kaithal lines (about 100 m in length).
Copy of the location of the Substation and its associated LILO arrangement is available in the office of the undersigned.
