"आगे प्रस्ताव किया जाता है कि कम्पनी के निदेशक मंडल द्वारा शपथपूर्वक दिया गया कम्पनी की आस्तियों के अनुमानित वसूली योग्य मूल्य तथा देयताओं का विवरण स्वीकार किया जाए और एतद्द्वारा स्वीकार किया जाता है।"

एतद्द्वारा सामान्य जानकारी के लिए सूचना दी जाती है, कि मैसर्स टायो मेम्ब्रेन इंडिया प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के लेनदारों ने मंगलवार, 06 अक्टूबर, 2015 अप. 02.00 को इसके पंजीकृत कार्यालय 81/1, आदचिनी, तृतीय तल, अरबिन्दो मार्ग, नई दिल्ली-110017 में आयोजित कम्पनी के लेनदारों की अपनी स्थगित बैठक (जो सोमवार, 03 अगस्त, 2015 को अप. 02.00 बजे आयोजित की गई थी, जो लेनदार के अनुरोध पर अनिश्चित काल के लिए स्थगित कर दी गई थी) में उपरोक्त कम्पनी के स्वैच्छिक समापन हेतु निम्नलिखित विशेष प्रस्ताव पारित किए गए हैं ः
