संशोधित प्रावधान

नियम सं. मौजूदा प्रावधान 19(ठ) नया प्रावधान 19 (ठ) एक्सचेंज के सदस्य को उसकी सदस्यता की श्रेणी/किस्म अन्य नामतः टीसीएम से आईटीसीएम या टीएम से टीसीएम आदि के लिए अपग्रेड करने की अनुमति दी जा सकती है जो पात्रता के निबंधनों एवं शर्तों के और उक्त अप-ग्रेड की गई श्रेणी/किस्म के लिए यथा प्रयोज्य विभेदी प्रवेश फीस, जमा आदि के अध्यधीन होगा।

19(ङ) नया प्रावधान 19(ङ) एक्सचेंज के सदस्य को उसकी सदस्यता की श्रेणी/किस्म अन्य नामतः आईटीसीएम से टीसीएम या टीसीएम से टीएम आदि के लिए डाउन ग्रेड करने की अनुमति दी जा सकती है जो उक्त सदस्य द्वारा एक्सचेंज को अदा की गई अधिक प्रवेश फीस (यदि कोई हो) छोड़ने के लिए सहमत होने के अध्यधीन होगा।
