सं. ए-36024/1/2006--राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र योजना बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1985 (1985 का 2) की धारा 32 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र योजना बोर्ड सदस्य सचिव, को कार्यात्मक योजनाओं का अंतिम रूप देने तथा अनुमोदित करने की शक्ति प्रदान करता है जोकि दिनांक 09.06.2015 को सम्पन्न राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र योजना बोर्ड की 35वीं बैठक में अनुमोदित किया गया है।

शक्तियो का यह प्रत्यायोजन दिनांक 03.07.2015, जोकि बोर्ड की 35वीं राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र योजना बोर्ड का कार्यवृत्त जारी किए जाने की तिथि है, से प्रभावी माना जाएगा।

बी. के. त्रिपाठी सदस्य सचिव राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र योजना बोर्ड1—369 GI/2015 (417) 418 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, DECEEMBER 12, 2015 (AGRAHAYANA 21, 1937) PART III—SEC. 4] NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION PLANNING BOARD New Delhi- 110003, the 5th November 2015 No. A-36024/1/2006-Estt.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 32 of the National Capital Region Planning Board Act, 1985 (2 of 1985), National Capital Region Planning Board hereby delegate the power to Member Secretary of the Board to finalise and approve the Functional Plans, which has been approved in the 35th Meeting of the National Capital Region Planning Board held on 09.06.2015.

This delegation of power shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the date of issue of the minutes of the 35th meeting of the National Capital Region Planning Board which is 03.07.2015.
