सं. आई-14013/74/2013-आईपीएस.I--इस मंत्रालय द्वारा पूर्व में अधिसूचित अधिसूचना संख्या आई-14011/6/2010-आईपीएस I (I) दिनांक 18.03.2011 को अवक्रमित करते हुए माननीय जम्मू एवं कश्मीर उच्च न्यायालय, जम्मू द्वारा श्री सैयद आशिक हुसैन बुखारी द्वारा दायर विशेष रिट याचिका संख्या 1907/2009 में पारित आदेश दिनांक 04.01.2013 के अनुपालन में भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (पदोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति) विनियम 1955 के विनियम 7 के उप विनियम (3) में निहित उपबन्धों का प्रयोग करते हुए संघ लोक सेवा आयोग ने दिनांक 16.12.2015 को रिव्यू चयन समिति की दिनांक 26.11.2015 की बैठक जोकि श्री सैयद आशिक हुसैन बुखारी के भारतीय पुलिस सेवा में नियुक्ति के संबंध में सम्पन्न हुई थी, की सिफारिश जिसके परिणामस्वरूप श्री सैयद आशिक हुसैन बुखारी का नाम चयन सूची 2006-ए में क्रम संख्या 1 ए पर जो श्री गुलाम हसन बट क्रम संख्या 1 और श्री सैयद किफायत हैदर क्रम संख्या 2 के नाम को बीच में सम्मिलित किया गया था, को अनुमोदित कर दिया है। संशोधित चयन सूची इस प्रकार से पढ़ी जाये ।
