सं. 1(1)/2013-हि.अ.--इस विभाग की दिनांक 23 सितम्बर, 2010 की संकल्प सं. 1(5)/2008-हि.अ. के जरिए गठित इलेक्ट्रॉनिकी और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग की हिन्दी सलाहकार समिति का कार्यकाल समाप्त होने के फलस्वरूप, भारत सरकार ने समिति का पुनर्गठन करने का निर्णय किया है। समिति का गठन, उसके कार्य आदि नीचे दिए अनुसार होंगे :--

2. समिति के कार्य
यह समिति केन्द्रीय हिन्दी समिति और राजभाषा विभाग द्वारा समय-समय पर निर्धारित नीतियों के अनुसार इलक्ट्रॉनिकी और
सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग के कामकाज में हिन्दी के उत्तरोत्तर प्रयोग की स्थिति की समीक्षा करेगी और इस संबंध में आवश्यक सलाह देगी।
3. कार्यकाल
समिति का कार्यकाल सामान्य रूप से इसके गठन की तारीख से निम्नलिखित शर्तों के अधीन तीन वर्ष का होगा :--
(क) जो संसद सदस्य इस समिति के सदस्य हैं, वे संसद सदस्य न रहने पर इस समिति के सदस्य नहीं रहेंगे।
(ख) समिति के पदेन सदस्य अपने पद पर कार्य करते रहने तक समिति के सदस्य होंगे।
(ग) यदि किसी सदस्य के त्यागपत्र, मृत्यु आदि के कारण कोई स्थान रिक्त होता है तो उस स्थान पर नियुक्त सदस्य तीन वर्ष
के कार्यकाल की शेष अवधि के लिए ही सदस्य रहेंगे।
4. सामान्य
समिति का मुख्यालय नई दिल्ली में होगा। किन्तु समिति अपनी बैठकें आवश्यकता पड़ने पर किसी अन्य स्थान पर भी कर सकती है।
भाग I—खण्ड 1] 131 भारत का राजपत्र, जनवरी 16, 2016 (पौश 26, 1937)5. यात्रा तथा अन्य भत्ते
समिति की बैठकों में भाग लेने के लिए गैर-सरकारी सदस्यों को राजभाषा विभाग के दिनांक 22 जनवरी, 1987 के कार्यालय ज्ञापन सं. II/20034/4/86-रा. भा. (क-2) के जरिए जारी किए गए निर्देशों को ध्यान में रखते हुए भारत सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर निर्धारित दरों पर यात्रा और दैनिक भत्ते दिए जाएंगे। संसद सदस्यों के मामले में, समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित संसद सदस्य वेतन, भत्ता और पेंशन अधिनियम, 1954 के प्रावधानों तथा एवं उनके अधीन बनाए गए नियमों के अनुसार यात्रा भत्ते/दैनिक भत्ते विनियमित होंगे।
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस संकल्प की एक-एक प्रति समिति के सभी सदस्यों, सभी राज्य सरकारों, संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के प्रशासनों, प्रधान मंत्री कार्यालय, मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय, संसदीय कार्य मंत्रालय, लोक सभा सचिवालय, राज्य सभा सचिवालय, भारत के नियंत्रक एवं महालेखा परीक्षक और भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों/विभागों को प्रेषित की जाए।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि यह संकल्प आम जानकारी के लिए भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए।

2. Functions of the Committee
The Committee will review the progress made and advise the Department of Electronics and Information
Technology on matters relating to progressive use of Hindi for official purposes in accordance with the policies framed by
the Central Hindi Committee and Department of Official Language.
3. Tenure
The tenure of the Committee shall ordinarily be three years from the date of its constitution provided that:
(a) Members of Parliament who are members of the Committee shall cease to be members as soon as they cease
to be Members of Parliament.
(b) Ex-officio members of the Committee shall continue as members as long as they hold the office.
(c) If a vacancy arises on the Committee due to resignation, death etc. of a member, the member appointed in that
capacity shall hold the office for the residual tenure of three years.
4. General
The Headquarters of the Committee shall be in New Delhi. However, it may hold its meetings at any outstation also, if necessary.

The Non-Official members will be paid travelling and daily allowances for attending the meetings of the Committee at the rates prescribed from time to time by the Government of India, keeping in view the instructions contained in OM No. II/20034/4/86-OL(A-2) dated 22nd January, 1987 of the Department of Official Language. In respect of Members of Parliament, their traveling and daily allowances will be regulated by the provisions of the Members of Parliament Salary, Allowances and Pension Act 1954, as amended from time to time, and the rules thereunder.
ORDER
Ordered that a copy of this Resolution be communicated to all the members of the Committee, all State Governments and Union Territory Administrations, Prime Minister's Office, Cabinet Secretariat, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, Lok Sabha Secretariat, Rajya Sabha Secretariat, Comptroller & Auditor General of India and all Ministries/Departments of the Government of India.
Ordered also that the Resolution be published in the Gazette of India for general information.
