काकाकाका....निनिनिनि....आआआआ.... 3333....--------केन्द्र सरकार, सेना अधिनियम, 1950 (1950 का 46) की धारा 8 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, महानिरीक्षक, असम राइफल्स (पूर्वी) को किसी ऐसे सैन्य संगठन की कमान संभाल रहे अफसर के तौर पर विहित करती है, जो केन्द्र सरकार की राय में डिवीजन से कम नहीं है और वह डिवीजन की कमान संभाल रहे अफसर के रूप में इस अधिनियम के अध्यधीन अपने अधीनस्थ कार्मिकों के लिए षक्तियों का प्रयोग कर सकेगा।

S.R.O. 3.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 8 of the Army Act, 1950 (46 of 1950), the Central Government hereby prescribes the Inspector General, Assam Rifles (East), an officer commanding a military organisation, which, in the opinion of the Central Government, is not less than a Division, as the officer by whom the powers, which under the said Act, may be exercised by an Officer Commanding a Division, shall, as regards persons subject to the said Act, who are serving under him, be exercised.

काकाकाका....निनिनिनि....आआआआ.... 4444....--------सेना अधिनियम, 1950 (1950 का 46) की धारा 8 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा असम राइफल्स कमांडिंग सैन्य संगठन के निम्नलिखित प्रत्येक अफसर को, जो केन्द्र सरकार की राय में ब्रिगेड से कम नहीं है, ऐसे अफसर के रूप में निर्धारित करती है, जो उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन उन व्यक्तियों के संबंध में जो उसके अधीन काम कर रहे हों, उन षक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगे, जो उक्त अधिनियम के तहत किसी ब्रिगेड के एक कमांडिंग अफसर द्वारा प्रयोग की जा सकती है, ये नाम हैं :-
(क) उप महानिरीक्षक मुख्यालय 6 सेक्टर असम राइफल्स
(ख) उप महानिरीक्षक मुख्यालय 22 सेक्टर असम राइफल्स
(ग) उप महानिरीक्षक मुख्यालय 26 सेक्टर असम राइफल्स
(घ) उप महानिरीक्षक मुख्यालय 27 सेक्टर असम राइफल्स
(घ) उप महानिरीक्षक मुख्यालय 28 सेक्टर असम राइफल्स

S.R.O. 4.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 8 of the Army Act, 1950 (46 of 1950), the Central Government hereby prescribes each of the following officers of Assam Rifles Commanding Military Organisation, which, in the opinion of the Central Government, are not less than Brigades, as the officer by whom the powers, which under the said Act, may be exercised by an Officer Commanding a Brigade, shall, as regards persons subject to the said Act, who are serving under him, be exercised, namely:-
(a) Deputy Inspector General HQ 6 Sector Assam Rifles
(b) Deputy Inspector General HQ 22 Sector Assam Rifles
(c) Deputy Inspector General HQ 26 Sector Assam Rifles
(d) Deputy Inspector General HQ 27 Sector Assam Rifles
(e) Deputy Inspector General HQ 28 Sector Assam Rifles
