आदेश संख्या पी.टी.फाइल यू./13/12/13/2005-पीटीएमआर (मैडी-1) दिनांक 04.08.2008 द्वारा ये शक्तियां आगे मुझे सौंपी जाने पर मैं इसके द्वारा निम्नलिखित डॉक्टर(रों) को मानकों के अनुसार देय पारिश्रमिक पर निम्नलिखित तिथि तक एक वर्ष के लिए या पूर्णकालिक चिकित्सा निर्देशी के कार्यग्रहण करने तक, जो भी पूर्व हो, को राज्य चिकित्सा आयुक्त (गुजरात) द्वारा निर्धारित क्षेत्र के लिए बीमाकृत व्यक्तियों की स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण करने तथा मूल प्रमाणपत्र की सत्यता संदिग्ध होने पर उन्हें आगे प्रमाणपत्र जारी करने के प्रयोजन के लिए चिकित्सा अधिकारी के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करता हूं।

2. प्रत्येक सदस्य का कार्यकाल तीन वर्ष अथवा उनकी आयु 65 वर्ष होने तक, जो भी पहले हो, होगा । अंशकालिक सदस्यों की नियुक्ति, कार्यकाल तथा सेवा शर्तें भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड-3, उप खंड-(ii) में 10 मई 2006 की अधिसूचना सं. 465 के रूप में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के दिनांक 8 मई 2006 की अधिसूचना सं.ए-11011/1/2005-प्रशा.I (खंड-IV) द्वारा शासित की जाएगी । आयोग के सदस्यों का दर्जा भारत सरकार के सचिव के समकक्ष होगा।

The appointment, tenure and service conditions of the part-time Members shall further be governed by Government of India Notification No. A-11011/1/2005-Ad-I (Vol. IV) dated 8th May 2006 published as Notification No. 465 dated 10th May 2006 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-Section-(ii). The Members of the Commission will have the status of a Secretary to the Government of India.
