सा.का.नि. 64.—केन्द्रीय सरकार, सशस्त्र सीमा बल अधिनियम, 2007 (2007 का 53) की धारा 155 की उप-धारा (2) के खंड (क) और खंड (ग) के साथ पठित उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए सशस्त्र सीमा बल समूह "ग" योधक (अराजपत्रित) परा-पशुचिकित्सा पद भर्ती नियम, 2011 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात् :-
1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम सशस्त्र सीमा बल, समूह "ग" योधक (अराजपत्रित) परा-पशुचिकित्सा पद भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2016 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृृत्त होंगे।
2. सशस्त्र सीमा बल, समूह "ग" योधक (अराजपत्रित) परा-पशुचिकित्सा पद भर्ती नियम, 2011 की अनुसूची में, (क) क्रम संख्या 1 पर आने वाले पद के सामने, स्तंभ (12) के अधीन प्रविष्टियों में सहायक उप-निरीक्षक (पशु चिकित्सा) से संबंधित, "विभागीय प्रोन्नति समिति (प्रोन्नति के लिए) जो निम्नलिखित से मिलकर बनेगी" शब्दाें और कोष्ठकों के स्थान पर, "विभागीय प्रोन्नति समिति (प्रोन्नति के संबंध में विचार करने के लिए)" शब्द और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे;

(ख) क्रम संख्या 2 पर आने वाले पद के सामने, हैड कांस्टेबल (पशु चिकित्सा) से संबंधित :-
(i) स्तंभ (11) के अधीन, प्रोन्नति शीर्षक से संबंधित प्रविष्टियों में, मद (i) और (ii) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :-
"वेतन बैंड 1 (5200-20200 रूपये) + ग्रेड वेतन 2000 रू0 में ऐसे कांस्टेबल (पशु चिकित्सा) जिन्होंने पाँच वर्ष नियमित सेवा की है और समय-समय पर महानिदेशक, सशस्त्र सीमा बल द्वारा यथाविनिर्दिष्ट छह मास का पशु चिकित्सा काडर पाठ्यक्रम या कोई अन्य पाठ्यक्रम सफलतापूर्वक अर्हित किया हो;"
(ii) स्तंभ (12) के अधीन प्रविष्टियों में, "विभागीय प्रोन्नति समिति (प्रोन्नति/पुष्टि पर विचार करने के लिए) जो निम्नलिखित से मिलकर बनेगी" शब्दों और कोष्ठकों के स्थान पर, "विभागीय प्रोन्नति समिति (प्रोन्नति के संबंध में विचार करने के लिए) और विभागीय पुष्टि समिति (पुष्टि के संबंध में विचार करने के लिए)" शब्द और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे;
(ग) क्रम संख्या 3 पर आने वाले पद के सामने, कांस्टेबल (पशु चिकित्सा) से संबंधित, स्तंभ (12) के अधीन प्रविष्टियों में, "विभागीय प्रोन्नति समिति (पुष्टि के लिए) जो निम्नलिखित से मिलकर बनेगी" शब्दोें और कोष्ठकों के स्थान पर, "विभागीय पुष्टि समिति (पुष्टि के संबंध में विचार करने के लिए)" शब्द और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे ;

टिप्पण – मूल नियम भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (i) में सा.का.नि. 709(अ) तारीख 22 सितम्बर, 2011 द्वारा प्रकाशित किए गए थे और तत्पश्चात् सा.का.नि. 235, तारीख 29 सितम्बर, 2012 द्वारा संशोधित किए गए थे।

G. S. R. 64.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clauses (a) and (c) of sub-section (2) of section 155 of the Sashastra Seema Bal Act, 2007 (53 of 2007), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Sashastra Seema Bal Group 'C' Combatised (Non-Gazetted) Para-Veterinary Posts Recruitment Rules, 2011, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Sashastra Seema Bal Group 'C' Combatised (Non-Gazetted) Para-Veterinary Posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2016.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Sashastra Seema Bal Group 'C' Combatised (Non-Gazetted) Para-Veterinary Posts Recruitment Rules, 2011,-
(a) against the post appearing at serial number-1, relating to Assistant Sub-Inspector (Veterinary) in the entries under column (12), for the words and brackets "Departmental Promotion Committee (for promotion) consisting of '', the words and brackets "Departmental Promotion Committee (for considering promotion)" shall be substituted ;
(b) against the post appearing at serial number-2, relating to Head Constable (Veterinary),-
(i) under column (11), in the entries relating to the heading Promotion, for items (i) and (ii), the following shall be substituted, namely :-
"Constable (Veterinary) with five years regular service in pay band-1 (Rs. 5200-20200) plus grade pay Rs. 2000/- and having successfully qualified six months Veterinary Cadre Course or any other course as prescribed by the Director General, Sashastra Seema Bal from time to time" ;

(ii) in the entries under column (12), for the words and brackets "Departmental Promotional Committee (for promotion / confirmation) consisting of '', the words and brackets "Departmental Promotion Committee (for considering promotion) and Departmental Confirmation Committee (for considering confirmation)" shall be substituted;
(c) against the post appearing at serial number-3, relating to Constable (Veterinary), in the entries under column (12), for the words and brackets "Departmental Promotion Committee (for confirmation) consisting of '', the words and brackets "Departmental Confirmation Committee (for considering confirmation) " shall be substituted.
