काकाकाका....निनिनिनि....आआआआ.... 20202020 .—रक्षा संकार्य अधिनियम, 1903 (1903 का 7) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्द्वारा घोशित करती है कि मध्य प्रदेश राज्य के जबलपुर जिले के सुखलापुर सैन्य स्टेशन, के समीप स्थित भूमि, इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में वर्णित भूमि का प्रयोग करने और उपभोग करने पर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7 के खंड (ख) में विनिर्दिश्ट प्रतिबंधों को अधिरोपित करना आवश्यक है, उक्त भूमि सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से भवनों के निर्माण और अन्य बाधाओं से मुक्त रखी जा सके।
उक्त भूमि की रूपरेखा योजना का निरीक्षण उपायुक्त का कार्यालय, जबलपुर, मध्य प्रदेश में किया जा सकता है।

सम्पूर्ण भूमि, मध्य प्रदेश राज्य के जबलपुर जिले के सैन्य स्टेशन सुखलापुर की बाहरी चारदीवारी की मिट्टी से 1000 गज की दूरी के भीतर स्थित क्षेत्र में समाविश्ट थी।

दीपक अनुराग, संयुक्त सचिव 132 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : May 14, 2016/VAISAKHA 24, 1938 [PART II—SEC. 4] MINISTRY OF DEFENCE New Delhi, the 6th May, 2016 S.R.O. 20.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Works of Defence Act, 1903 (7 of 1903), the Central Government hereby declares that it is necessary to impose restrictions, specified in clause (b) of section 7 of the said Act upon the use and enjoyment of the land described in the schedule hereto annexed, being land lying in the vicinity of Military Station Sukhlapur, in the District of Jabalpur in the State of Madhya Pradesh, in order that the said land is kept free from construction of buildings and other obstructions from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
A sketch plan of the said land may be inspected in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
SCHEDULE
All the land comprised in the area lying within the distance of 1000 yards from the crest of the outer perimeter wall of Military Station Sukhlapur in the District of Jabalpur in the State of Madhya Pradesh.
