सं. क.भ.नि.सं./अ.के.आ./को. जो./113 अधिसूचना/3--जैसा कि केन्द्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त के समक्ष यह तथ्य उजागर हुआ है कि निम्नलिखित स्थापनाओं के संबंध में नियोक्ता तथा अधिसंख्यक कर्मचारियों ने अपनी सहमति जताई है कि कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि एवं प्रकीर्ण उपबंध अधिनियम, 1952 (1952 का 19) जिसका इसके बाद अधिनियम के नाम से उल्लेख किया जायेगा, के प्रावधान उनकी निम्नलिखित स्थापना पर लागू होने चाहिए।

अतः उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 1 की उपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय भविष्य निधि आयुक्त उपरोक्त स्थापना के संबंध में उनके नाम के समक्ष उल्लिखित तिथि से उक्त अधिनियम के प्रावधानों को एतद्द्वारा लागू करते हैं।
