। के क्रम में राष्ट्रपति, नीति आयोग के निम्नलिखित नियमित वरिष्ठ अनुसंधान अधिकारियों की वेतन बैंड 3ः 15600--39100/-रु.़ ग्रेड वेतन 7600/-रु. में नीति आयोग में उप सलाहकार के पदों पर तदर्थ नियुक्ति की अवधि को, प्रत्येक के सामने इंगित अवधि के लिए तदर्थ अधार पर या अगले आदेशों तक जो भी पहले हो, बढ़ाते हैं।

2. ऊपर उल्लिखित तदर्थ नियुक्ति से उक्त अधिकारियों को उप सलाहकार की श्रेणी में नियमित नियुक्ति हेतु दावा करने का अधिकार नहीं होगा और उनके द्वारा उप सलाहकार की श्रेणी में तदर्थ अधार पर की गई सेवा की न तो उप सलाहकार की श्रेणी में वरिष्ठता और न ही अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी हेतु पदोन्नति के लिए पात्रता के उद्देश्य से गणना की जाएगी।
