काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन....आ.आ.आ.आ. 35353535....————राष्ट्रपित, संविधान के अनु(cid:16)छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग करते !ए, रक्षा मंत्रालय, भारतीय सेना कमान मुख्यालय, सहायक िनदेशक (राजभाषा) समूह 'क' पद भर्ती नियम, 2013 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1. संक्षिसंक्षिसंक्षिसंक्षि प्तप्तप्तप्तनाम और प्रारंभ :नाम और प्रारंभ :नाम और प्रारंभ :नाम और प्रारंभ :---- (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम, रक्षा मंत्रालय, भारतीय सेना कमान मुख्यालय, सहायक िनदेशक (राजभाषा) समूह 'क' पद भर्ती संशोधन नियम, 2016 है।
2. ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. रक्षा मंत्रालय, भारतीय सेना कमान मुख्यालय, सहायक िनदेशक (राजभाषा) समूह 'क' पद भर्ती नियम, 2013 की अनुसूची के स्तंभ (11) में—
(क) हिदी पाठ में संशोधन की जरूरत नहD है।
(ख) हिेंदी पाठ में संशोधन की जरूरत नहD है।

दलपत सिह, अवर सिचव 342 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : JULY 16, 2016/ASADHA 25, 1938 [PART II—SEC. 4] MINISTRY OF DEFENCE New Delhi, the 20th June, 2016 S.R.O. 35.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Ministry of Defence, Indian Army Command Headquarters, Assistant Director (Official Language) Group 'A' post Recruitment Rules, 2013, namely :—
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Indian Army Command Headquarters, Assistant Director (Official Language) Group 'A' post Recruitment Amendment Rules, 2016.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Defence, Indian Army Command Headquarters, Assistant Director (Official Language) Group 'A' post Recruitment Rules, 2013, in the Schedule, in column (11) –
(a) under the sub-heading "Essential" in item (i), in sub-item (e), the word "or" occurring at the end shall be omitted.
(b) under the sub-heading "Desirable", in item (i), for the words "English Schedule to the Constitution", the words "Eighth Schedule to the Constitution", shall be substituted.
