संकल्प

सं. 5(1)-बी(पी.डी.)/2016--आम जानकारी के लिए यह घोषित किया जाता है वर्ष 2016-17 के दौरान सामान्य भविष्य निधि तथा उसी प्रकार की अन्य निधियों के अभिदाताओं की कुल जमा रकमों पर दी जाने वाली ब्याज दर 01 जुलाई, 2016 से 30 सितम्बर, 2016 तक 8.1% (आठ दशमलव एक प्रतिशत) होगी। यह दर 01 जुलाई 2016 से लागू होगी। संबंधित निधियां निम्नलिखित हैं :--

सं. ए-42011/14/2016-प्रशासन-II--संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के माध्यम से सीधी भर्ती के आधार पर अपने चयन के परिणामस्वरूप निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों ने कारपोरेट कार्य मंत्रालय के कार्यालयों में उनके नाम के आगे उल्लिखित दिनांक को कम्पनी अभियोजक के रूप में कार्यभार ग्रहण किया है।

कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 443 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त धारा के प्रयोजनार्थ इन अधिकारियों को एतद्‌द्वारा प्राधिकृत करती है।

No. 5(1)-B(PD)/2016—It is announced for general information that during the year 2016-17, accumulations at the credit of subscribers to the General Provident fund and other similar funds shall carry interest at the rate of 8.1% (Eight point one per cent) w.e.f. 1st July, 2016 to 30th September, 2016. This rate will be in force w.e.f. 1st July, 2016. The funds concerned are :

1. The General Provident Fund (Central Services).

2. The Contributory Provident fund (India).

3. The All India Services Provident Fund.

4. The State Railway Provident Fund.

5. The General Provident Fund (Defence Services).

6. The India Ordinance Department Provident Fund.
