संकल्प
सं. फा. 4(2)/2014-हिंदी--मंत्रियों के विभागों में परिवर्तन के फलस्वरूप इस मंत्रालय की हिंदी सलाहकार समिति के गठन संबंधी समसंख्यक संकल्प दिनांक 16 जून, 2015 के आंशिक आशोधन में, सरकारी सदस्य शीर्ष में निम्न प्रकार से परिवर्तन किया जाता है :--
1. रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्री तथा संसदीय कार्य मंत्री -- अध्यक्ष
2. अल्पसंख्यक कार्य मंत्रालय में राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) -- उपाध्यक्ष
तथा संसदीय कार्य मंत्रालय में राज्य मंत्री
3. कृषि और किसान कल्याण मंत्रालय में राज्य मंत्री -- सदस्य
तथा संसदीय कार्य मंत्रालय में राज्य मंत्री
आदेश
इस संकल्प की प्रति सभी राज्य सरकारों और संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों के प्रशासनों, भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों तथा विभागों, राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय, प्रधान मंत्री कार्यालय, मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय, लोक/राज्य सभा सचिवालय, नीति आयोग, संसदीय राजभाषा समिति, भारत के नियंत्रक तथा महालेखा परीक्षक और वेतन तथा लेखा कार्यालय, मंत्रिमंडल कार्य, नई दिल्ली को भेजी जाए।
इस संकल्प को जनसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित कराया जाए।

सं. डीजीई.ए-11011/07/2015-पीसी (ई)(.)--सरकार ने निर्णय लिया है कि राष्ट्रीय आजीविका सेवा (एनसीएस) सार्वजनिक रोजगार सेवा होगी तथा तदनुसार निम्नलिखित कार्यालयों का नाम परिवर्तित किया जाएगा :
(i) रोजगार महानिदेशालय के अधीन अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति हेतु अध्यापन सह मार्गदर्शन केन्द्रों (सीजीसीज) का नाम अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति हेतु राष्ट्रीय आजीविका सेवा केन्द्र के रूप में परिवर्तित किया जाता है।
(i) रोजगार महानिदेशालय के अधीन विकलांग व्यावसायिक पुनर्वास केन्द्रों (वीआरसीज) का नाम अन्यथा सक्षम राष्ट्रीय आजीविका केन्द्र के रूप में परिवर्तित किया जाता है।
(iii) रोजगार महानिदेशालय के अधीन केन्द्रीय रोजगार सेवा अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान (सरटस) का नाम राष्ट्रीय आजीविका सेवा संस्थान के रूप में परिवर्तित किया जाता है।

No. DGE.A-11011/07/2015-PC(E)(.)—The Government has decided that the National Career Service (NCS) would be the public employment service and that the following offices would accordingly be renamed :—
(i) The Coaching Cum Guidance Centres (CGCs) for SC/STs under Directorate General of Employment are renamed as National Career Service Centres for SC/STs.
(ii) The Vocational Rehabilitation Centres (VRCs) for Handicapped under Directorate General of Employment are renamed as National Career Service Centres for Differently Abled.
(iii) The Central Institute for Research and Training in Employment Service (CIRTES) under Directorate General of Employment is renamed as national Institute for Career Services.
