सं. 13035-13/2016-रा.भा.ए.-- मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय के दिनांक 22 मई, 2015 के संकल्प फा. संख्या 13035-4/2013-रा.भा.ए. में शीर्ष ''गठन'' के अंतर्गत मानव संसाधन विकास राज्य मंत्री (प्रो. राम शंकर कठेरिया)-उपाध्यक्ष के स्थान पर मानव संसाधन विकास राज्य मंत्री (डॉ. महेंद्र नाथ पाण्डेय)-उपाध्यक्ष पढ़़ा जाए।
2. उक्त संकल्प की अन्य अंतर्वस्तु यथावत रहेगी।
आदेश
आदेश दिया जाता है कि शुद्धि-पत्र की एक-एक प्रति समिति के सभी सदस्यों, सभी राज्य सरकारों और संघ राज्य-क्षेत्र प्रशासनों, राष्ट्रपति जी के सचिवालय, उप राष्ट्रपति सचिवालय, मंत्रिमंडल सचिवालय, नीति आयोग, भारत के नियंत्रक तथा महालेखा- परीक्षक, महालेखाकार, केन्द्रीय राजस्व, निर्वाचन आयोग, संघ लोक सेवा आयोग और भारत सरकार के सभी मंत्रालय और विभागों को भेजी जाए।
यह भी आदेश दिया जाता है कि यह शुद्धि-पत्र आम जानकारी के लिए भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया जाए।

CORRIGENDUM
No. 13035-13/2016-OLU—In the Ministry of Human Resource Development's Resolution F. No. 13035-4/2013- OLU dated 22 May, 2015 under Head "COMPOSITION" for Minister of State for Human Resource Development (Prof. Ram Shankar Katheria)-Deputy Chairman it may be read as Minister of State for Human Resource Development (Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey)—Deputy Chairman.
2. The other contents of the said Resoution remain the same.

Ordered that a copy of this corrigendum be communicated to all members of the Committee, all State Governments and U.T. Administrations, President's Secretariat, Vice-President's Secretariat, Prime Minister's Office, Cabinet Secretariat, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, Lok Sabha Secretariat, Rajya Sabha Secretariat, NITI Aayog, Comptroller & Auditor General of India, Accountant General, Central Revenue, Election Commission, Union Public Service Commission and all Ministries and Departments of the Government of India.
It is also ordered that a copy of this corrigendum be published in the Gazette of India for general information.
