गुड़गांव-पलवल ट्रांसमिशन लिमिटेड (GPTL), जिसका पंजीकृत कार्यालयः एफ-1 "दि मीरा कार्पोरेट सुइट्‌स" 1 व 2 ईश्वर नगर, ओखला क्रॉसिंग, मथुरा रोड, नई दिल्ली-110065, भारत के पते पर स्थित है, विद्युत पारेषण के लिए विद्युत लाइनें या विद्युत संयंत्र स्थापित करने हेतु विद्युत अधिनियम, 2003 की धारा-164 के तहत या टेलीग्राफ के प्रयोजन से टेलीग्राफ लाइनें और पोस्ट स्थापित करने के संदर्भ में भारतीय टेलीग्राफ अधिनियम, 1885 के तहत टेलीग्राफ प्राधिकरण के कार्यों के समुचित समन्वयन हेतु अनिवार्य टेलीफोनी या टेलीग्राफी संचार के प्रयोजन से भारत सरकार द्वारा प्रदत्त समस्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निम्न पारेषण योजनाओं के लिए सर्वेक्षण, निर्माण, प्रतिष्ठापन, निरीक्षण, स्थापन, तथा अन्य कार्यों के पश्चात्‌ इसकी कमीशनिंग, प्रचालन, अनुरक्षण और अन्य कार्य करेगा-

कंपनी द्वारा किए जाने वाले कार्य-

(i) अलीगढ़ प्रिथला 400केवी डी/सी एचटीएलएस लाइन (ii) प्रिथला-कादरपुर 400केवी डी/सी एचटीएलएस लाइन (iii) कादरपुर- सोहना रोड 400केवी डी/सी एचटीएलएस लाइन (iv) सोहना रोड S/S पर गुड़गांव मानेसर डी/सी लाइन का LILO (v) नीमराणा (PG) धोनंदा (एचवीपीएनएल) 400केवी डी/सी एचटीएलएस लाइन (vi) गुड़गांव के कादरपुर में 400/220केवी, 2x500 एमवीए जीआईएस सबस्टेशन का निर्माण (vii) गुड़गांव क्षेत्र में सोहना रोड पर 400/220केवी, 2x500एमवीए जीआईएस सबस्टेशन का निर्माण (viii) पलवल क्षेत्र में प्रिथला में 400/220केवी, 2x500एमवीए जीआईएस सबस्टेशन का निर्माण (ix) क्षेत्र की भावी लोड वृद्धि की पूर्ति करना, इन सभी सबस्टेशनों पर 2x500 एमवीए रूपांतरणों द्वारा क्षमता संवर्धन हेतु स्थान प्राविधान रखा जाएगा।

(x) 400 केवी धोनंदा (एचवीपीएनएल) सबस्टेशन पर 2 नग बे

उक्त पारेषण परियोजना के लिए भारत सरकार के ऊर्जा मंत्रालय द्वारा इसके पत्र दिनांकित 26.11.2015 द्वारा विद्युत अधिनियम, 2003 की धारा 68 (1) के तहत मंजूरी प्रदान की गई है।

इस योजना के अंतर्गत शामिल पारेषण लाइनें, निम्न तहसीलों, तालुकों, मंडलों, प्रखंडों, गांवों, कस्बों और शहरों के अंदर से, ऊपर से, पास से और बीच से गुजरेंगी।

i. अलीगढ़ प्रिथला 400केवी डी/सी एचटीएलएस लाइन

ii. प्रिथला-कादरपुर 400केवी डी/सी एचटीएलएस लाइन

iii. कादरपुर- सोहना रोड 400केवी डी/सी एचटीएलएस लाइन

iv. सोहना रोड S/S पर गुड़गांव मानेसर डी/सी लाइन का LILO

v. नीमराणा (PG) धोनंदा (एचवीपीएनएल) 400केवी डी/सी एचटीएलएस लाइन
