2. उपर्युक्त क्रम सं. 1 से 3 पर दर्शाए गए अधिकारियों की पदोन्नति की तिथि 23 जुलाई, 2016 (पूर्वाह्न) अर्थात्‌ उसी तिथि से प्रभावी होगी जिस दिन सक्षम अधिकारी ने डीपीसी की सिफारिशों की स्वी—ति को मंजूरी दी है। उपर्युक्त क्रम सं. 4 पर दर्शाए गए अधिकारी की पदोन्नति की तिथि 27 जुलाई, 2016 (पूर्वाह्न) से उसी तिथि से प्रभावी होगी जिस दिन वह सहायक औषध नियंत्रक (भारत) के ग्रेड में नियमित सेवा के पांच वर्ष पूरे करेंगी।

3. पदोन्नति के बाद, अधिकारी पदोन्नति की तिथि से अथवा सीएसएस (संशोधित वेतन) नियम, 2008 और इस संबंध में सरकार द्वारा जारी किए गए निर्देशों के अनुसार संशोधित वेतन संरचना में वेतन निर्धारण के लिए विकल्प देने के लिए पात्र हैं। इस तरह का विकल्प पदोन्नति की तिथि से एक माह के भीतर देना होगा।

4. तैनाती का आदेश, जहां आवश्यक होगा, स्वास्थ्य सेवा महानिदेशालय द्वारा जारी किया जाएगा।
