के समापक को दी गई शक्तियों के प्रयोग हेतु प्राधिकृत किया
जाता है जैसा कि कम्पनी अधिनियम, 1956 के प्रावधानों के तहत
एवं कम्पनी अधिनियम, 2013 के प्रासंगिक प्रावधानों के साथ पढें
जैसा कि उस नियम में (जहां तक उपयुक्त हो) समय समय
