(श्रीमती) बी. किन्नरा मूर्ति, निवासी 202, टीवीके रेजीडेंसी, 9, पत्रकार कालोनी, रोड़ नं. 3, बंजारा हिल्स, हैदराबाद-500034, को स्टेट बैंक ऑफ हैदराबाद के निदेशक पद पर तीन वर्ष की अवधि, दिनांक 26 मई 2016 से 25 मई 2019 (दोनों दिन सम्मिलित) तक या अगले आदेश तक, जो भी पहले हो के लिए नामित करता है।

ए एण्ड एस क्र. 04/2016-17--भारतीय स्टेट बैंक (समनुषंगी बैंक) अधिनियम 1959 की धारा 29 (1) के अनुसार, भारतीय स्टेट बैंक ने, स्टेट बैंक ऑफ मैसूर के निदेशक मंडल और भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक से परामर्श करके तथा भारत सरकार से अनुमोदन के बाद, श्रीएन. कृष्णामाचारी को पद कार्यग्रहण तिथि से दिनांक 31 अगस्त 2017, जो उनकी सेवा निवृत्ति की तारीख हैं, तक की अवधि के लिए या अगले आदेश तक, जो भी पहले हो, स्टेट बैंक ऑफ मैसूर के प्रबंध निदेशक पद पर नियुक्त किया है।

Kinnera Murthy, residing at 202, TVK Residency, 9, Journalist Colony, Road No. 3, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad-500034, as Director on the Board of Directors of State Bank of Hyderabad for a period of three years with effect from 26th May 2016 to 25th May 2019 (both days inclusive) or until further orders whichever is earlier.

A&S No. 02/2016-17—It is hereby notified for general information that in pursuance of clause (d) of sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act 1959, the State Bank of India has, in consultation with the Government of India, nominated Mrs. Akila Krishnakumar, residing at S-67, Golden Enclave, Old Airport Road, Bangalore- 560017, as Director on the Board of Directors of State Bank of Mysore for a period of three years with effect from 1st June 2016 to 31st May 2019 (both days inclusive) or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

A&S No. 04/2016-17—In terms of Section 29(1) of State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act 1959, the State Bank of India, after consulting the Board of Directors of State Bank of Mysore and the Reserve Bank of India and with the approval of Government of India, have appointed Shri Krishnamachari N. as the Managing Director of State Bank of Mysore for a period from the date of his assuming charge of the post till 31st August 2017 i.e. the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
