भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक सामान्य विनियमावली, 1949 के विनियम 10(ए) में संशोधन
भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक अधिनियम, 1934 (1934 का 2) की धारा 58 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक का केंद्रीय बोर्ड, केंद्र सरकार की स्वी—ति से, एतदद्वारा भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक सामान्य विनियमावली, 1949 में संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्,
1. (1) ये विनियम भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक सामान्य (संशोधन) विनियमावली, 2016 कहलाएंगे।
(2) ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन से लागू होंगे।
2. भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक सामान्य विनियमावली, 1949 में, निम्नलिखित नया विनियम अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्, ''10ए. बैठकों में सहभागिता (i) इन विनियमों के अंतर्गत बैठकों में निदेशकों और सदस्यों की सहभागिता व्यक्तिगत रूप से या वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से या अन्य श्रव्य-–श्य माध्यमों से हो सकती है।
(ii) वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से या अन्य श्रव्य-–श्य माध्यमों से निदेशकों और सदस्यों की प्रत्येक सहभागिता की गणना गणपूर्ति के उद्देश्य के लिए की जाएगी।'' 528 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, OCTOBER 1, 2015 (ASVINA 9, 1938) [PART III—SEC. 4 RESERVE BANK OF INDIA MUMBAI 400 001 Amendments to Regulation 10 A of the Reserve Bank of India General Regulations. 1949
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 58 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Central Board of the Reserve Bank of India, with the sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the amendment to the Reserve Bank of India General Regulations, 1949, namely,
1. (1) These Regulations may be called as the Reserve Bank of India General (Amendment) Regulations, 2016.
(2) These Regulations shall come into force on their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Reserve Bank of India General Regulations, 1949, the following new Regulation may be inserted, namely, "10 A. Participation in Meetings: (i) Participation of the directors and members in meetings under these Regulations may be either in person or through video conferencing or through other audio-visual means.
(ii) Any participation of the directors and members through video conferencing or other audio-visual means shall be counted for the purpose of quorum."
