सं.-ओ.दो-7408/2015-कार्मिक(स0क0)--खेद सहित अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि 08 वाहिनी, के0रि0पु0बल के श्री आर0 डी0 मीणा, सहायक कमान्डेन्ट (आई0आर0एल0ए0-7408) के द्वारा अपने निलंबन के दोैरान घोषित मुख्यालय ग्रुप केन्द्र भुवनेश्वर स्थित अपने आवास में फाँसी लगाकर आत्महत्या करने के कारण दिनांक 11/05/2016 को उनकी मृत्यु हो गई। तदनुसार, उन्हें दिनांक 11/05/2016 (अप.) से इस बल की नफरी से निकाला जाता है ।
