S.R.O. 49.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Works of Defence Act, 1903 (7 of 1903), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Defence, dated the 2nd February 2005, published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 4, vide notification number S.R.O. 11, dated the 12th February, 2005, namely:-

S.R.O. 50.—In pursuance of Sub-Rule (4) of the Rule 10 of the Official Languages (use for official purposes of the Union) Rules, 1976, the Central Government hereby notifies the following offices of Integrated HQrs Ministry of Defence (Army) and Integrated HQrs Ministry of Defence (Air force) more than 80% staff whereof have acquired working knowledge of Hindi :-
