विषयः-- भारतीय डाक एवं दूरसंचार लेखा एवं वित सेवा ग्रेड 'ए' (आईपी एंड टी एएफएस ग्रेड 'ए') की प्रथम संवर्ग समीक्षा।

सं. 03-09/2015-एसईए-I--राष्ट्रपति आईपी एंड टी एएफएस के विभिन्न ग्रेडों में निम्नांकित पदो ंके सुजन/कटौती को मंजूरी देते हैंः--

(क) शीर्ष स्तर पर संचार लेखा महा नियंत्रक (सीजीसीए) के पद का सृजन।

(ख) एक अतिरिक्त एचएजी स्तर के पद का सृजन जिससे ग्रेड की संख्या 2 हो जाएगी।

(ग) एचएजी स्तर के दो अतिरिक्त पदों का सृजन जिससे ग्रेड की संख्या 6 से बढ़कर 8 हो जाएगी।

(घ) एचएजी स्तर के 18 अतिरिक्त पदों का सृजन जिससे ग्रेड की संख्या 37 से बढ़कर 55 हो जाएगी।

(ङ) जेएजी स्तर के 111 पदों में कटौती करके 90 करना।

(च) एसटीएस स्तर के 198 पदों में कटौती करके 86 करना।

(छ) 21 जेटीएस स्तर के पदों का सृजन जिससे ग्रेड की संख्या 67 से बढ़कर 88 हो जाएगी।

(ज) 46 पदों को आरक्षित रखा जाएगा।

(झ) सेवा की कुल 420 की संख्या में कटौती करके 376 करना।
