एतद्‌द्वारा कम्पनीज अध्निियम 1956 की धरा 497 के अनुसरण में सूचना प्रदान की जाती है कि उपरोक्त नामित कंपनी के सदस्यों की सामान्य बैठक सी-57, प्रईेण्डस कॉलोनी, नई दिल्ली-110065, दिल्ली, भारत वर्ष में कंपनी के पंजीकृत कार्यालय में मंगलवार, तिथि 03 जनवरी, 2017 में प्रातः 11.00 बजे उन्हें दर्शाने हेतु तरीका जिसमें कंपनी को स्वैच्छिक समाप्ति (वाईडिंग-अप) कार्य संचालित है तथा कंपनी की सम्पति समाप्त भी है, तथा किसी स्पष्टीकरण, व्याख्या की सुनवाई जोकि समापक द्वारा प्रदान की जा सकती है तथा कंपनी के विशेष संकल्प पत्र द्वारा निर्धरित करने हेतु भी, तथा तरीका जिसमें किताबें, खाता पुस्तिकाएं तथा कंपनी के आलेख्य इत्यादि तथा समापक (लिक्यूडेटर) की समाप्ति प्रक्रिया आयोजित की जाएगी, उनके समक्ष प्रस्तुत एक खाता के प्रयोजन हेतु प्रक्रिया आयोजित की जाएगी।
