No. A&S No. 11/2016-17—In terms of Section 29(1) of State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act 1959, the State Bank of India, after consulting the Board of Directors of State Bank of Hyderabad and the Reserve Bank of India and with the approval of Government of India, have appointed Shri Mani Palvesan as Managing Director of State Bank of Hyderabad from the date of his assuming charge of the post till the effective date of merger of State Bank of Hyderabad with State Bank of India or further instructions, whichever is earlier.
