3. The above appointment shall be subject to the outcome of O.A No.4044/2014 filed by Shri A. K. Tewari Vs. UOI & Ors in the Hon'ble CAT (PB), New Delhi in accordance with the recommendations of Union Public Service Commission and as per approval given by Ministry of Civil Aviation.
