(एीिएमयूटी 2007) को उनके काय(cid:6981)भार (cid:7061)हण करने क(cid:7409) तारीख से आगामी आदे(cid:7298) तक के नलए नमोिरम रा(cid:6996)य के मु(cid:6990)य नर्ना(cid:6981)चन अनधकारी के (cid:7272)प म(cid:7286) नानमत करता है।

2. (cid:7088)ी एस. बी. ांक, नमोिरम सरकार के अधीन सभी पदभार या (cid:7408)कसी काय(cid:6981) के पदभार(cid:7298) को त(cid:7004)काल स(cid:7301)प द(cid:7286)गे या धारण करना समा(cid:7385) कर द(cid:7286)गे, ोि (cid:7408)कर् े ऐसा पदभार (cid:7061)हण करने से पहले धारण कर रहे े।

2. (cid:7088)ी एस. बी. ांक, मु(cid:6990)य नर्ना(cid:6981)चन अनधकारी, नमोिरम के (cid:7272)प म(cid:7286) काय(cid:6981) करते (cid:7263)ए नमोिरम सरकार के अधीन (cid:7408)कसी भी (cid:7079)कार का कोई अनत(cid:7407)र(cid:7334) काय(cid:6981)भार (cid:7061)हण नह(cid:7277) कर(cid:7286)गे नर्साय इसके (cid:7408)क उनको रा(cid:6996)य सनर्चालय म(cid:7286) नर्ना(cid:6981)चन र्नभाग के (cid:7079)भारी, सरकार के सनर्च पदानभनहत (cid:7408)कया ािएगा।

(cid:7079)ा.]आदे से, (cid:7021)टै(cid:7003)डहोप युहलु ंग, (cid:7079)धान सनर्च 1365 GI/2017 (23) 24 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : MARCH 25, 2017/CHAITRA 4, 1939 [PART II—SEC. 3(iii)] SECRETARIAT OF THE ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA New Delhi, the 8th March, 2017 O.N. 6.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13A of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Government of Mizoram hereby nominates Shri S.B. Shashank, IAS, (AGMUT:2007) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of Mizoram with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders vice Ms. Manisha Saxena, IAS.

2. Shri S.B. Shashank shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the Government of Mizoram, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.

3. Shri S.B. Shashank while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Mizoram shall not hold any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Mizoram except that he should be designated Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.
