150 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, MAY 27, 2017 (JYAISTHA 6, 1939) [PART III—SEC. 4 RESERVE BANK OF INDIA Mumbai-400001, the 29th March 2017DCBR.CO.RCBD.No.02/19.51.025/2016-17—In pursuance of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of Section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs the inclusion of "Telangana State Co- operative Apex Bank Ltd., Hyderabad" in the Second Schedule to the said Act.

DCBR.CO.No.LC-03/08.26.231/2016-17—In pursuance of Section 36 A (2) of B R Act, 1949 (AACS) Reserve Bank of India hereby notifies that The Sojitra Co-operative Bank Limited, District Anand, Gujarat has ceased to be a co- operative bank within the meaning of this Act, and thereupon all the provisions of this Act applicable to such co-operative bank shall cease to apply to it, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such notice.
