सा.का.नि. 200.—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, वित्त मंत्रालय, विभागीय वित्त कैं टीन समूह 'ग' पद भर्ती नियम, 2016 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्:—

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम वित्त मंत्रालय, व्यय विभाग, विभागीय वित्त कैं टीन, समूह 'ग' पद, भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2017 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. वित्त मंत्रालय, व्यय विभाग, विभागीय वित्त कैं टीन, समूह 'ग' पद, भर्ती नियम, 2016 में,—

(क) नियम 3 में, 'वेतन बैंड और ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान' शब्दों के स्थान पर, दोनों स्थानों पर 'वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर' शब्द रखे जाएंगे;

(i) कैं टीन परिचर के पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने, स्तंभ (4) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्: —

(ii) सहायक हलवाई-सह-रसोइया के पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने, —

(ii) टिप्पण 3 का लोप किया जाएगा;

(iii) हलवाई-सह-रसोइया के पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 3 के सामने—

(अ) स्तंभ (4) के अधीन प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात् : —

''स्तर 3 (21700-69100 रु.)''

(आ) स्तंभ II में, —

(I) ''प्रोन्नति'' शीर्षक के अधीन, —

G.S.R. 200.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, Departmental Finance Canteen, Group 'C' posts Recruitment Rules, 2016, namely :—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, Departmental Finance Canteen, Group 'C' posts, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, Departmental Finance Canteen, Group 'C' posts, Recruitment Rules, 2016,—

(a) in rule 3, for the words "pay band and grade pay or pay scale" at both the places, the words "level in the pay matrix" shall be substituted;

(b) in the Schedule,—

(i) against serial number 1 relating to the post of Canteen Attendant, for column 4 and the entries relating thereto the following shall be substituted, namely:—

(ii) against serial number 2 relating to the post of Assistant Halwai-cum-Cook,-

(A) for the entries under column 4, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

"Level-2 (Rs. 19900-63200/-)",

(B) in column 11,-

(I) under heading "Promotion",-

(i) for the words and figures "PB-1: Rs. 5200-20200 plus grade pay Rs.1800", the words and figures " Level-1 (Rs.18000-56900/-)" shall be substituted.

(ii) Note 1 shall be omitted;

(II) under heading "Deputation",-

(II) अनुसूची में,—

(क) स्तंभ (4) के शीर्षक के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित शीर्षक रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:—

''वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर'';

(ख) स्तंभ (4) के अधीन की प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात् :—

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, Multi Tasking Staff (Group 'C' post) Recruitment Rules, 2012, -

(I) for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

"Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix. – The number of the said post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.";

(II) in the schedule, -

(a) for the heading to column (4), the following heading shall be substituted, namely:-

" Level in the pay matrix" ;

(b) for the entries under column (4), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-

"Level 1".

सा.का.नि. 202.— राष्ट्रपति संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नागर विमानन मंत्रालय, नागर विमानन महानिदेशालय, विभागीय कैं टीन (समूह 'ग' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2015 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-

1. (i) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम नागर विमानन मंत्रालय, नागर विमानन महानिदेशालय, विभागीय कैं टीन (समूह 'ग' पद) भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2017 है।

(ii) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. नागर विमानन मंत्रालय, नागर विमानन महानिदेशालय, विभागीय कैं टीन (समूह 'ग' पद) भर्ती नियम, 2015 (इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त नियम कहा गया है) में नियम 2 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम को रखा जायेगा, अर्थात्—

"2. पद संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर; - पदों की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह होगा, जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट है"।

3. उक्त नियम की अनुसूची में,-

(क) स्तंभ (4) में, स्तंभ शीर्ष के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित स्तंभ शीर्ष रखा जायेगा, अर्थातः-

''वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर;''

(ख) सहायक प्रबंधक सह-भंडारी के पद संबंधी क्रम संख्यांक 1 के सामने,-

(i) स्तंभ (4) में, शब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों "वेतन बैंड-1, 5200-20200 रुपये और ग्रेड वेतन 2400 रुपये'' के स्थान पर ''वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 4 (25500-81100 रुपये)" शब्दों, अंकों, कोष्ठकों और अक्षरों को रखा जायेगा;

(ii) स्तंभ (11) में,-

(क) ''प्रोन्नति'' शीर्ष के अधीन,-

(I) मद (i) में, शब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों "वेतन बैंड-1, 5200-20200 रुपये और ग्रेड वेतन 1900 रुपये'' के स्थान पर "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-2 (19900-63200 रुपये)" शब्दों, अंकों, कोष्ठकों और अक्षरों को रखा जायेगा;

(ii) स्तंभ (11) में,-

G.S.R. 202.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Departmental Canteen ( Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015, namely :-

1. (i) These rules may be called the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Departmental Canteen (Group 'C' posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.

(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Departmental Canteen (Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :-

"2. Number of posts, Classification and Level in Pay Matrix. –The number of posts, their classification and the Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in column (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules".

3. In the Schedule to said rules,-

(a) in column (4), for the column heading, the following column heading shall be substituted, namely:-

"Level in Pay Matrix";

(b) against serial number 1 relating to the posts of Assistant Manager- cum- Storekeeper,-
