का.नि.आ. 66.—रक्षा संकर्म अधिनियम, 1903 की धारा 2(च) के अन्तर्गत निहित शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, के न्द्र सरकार भारतीय संविधान की प्रथम अनुसूची के अन्तर्गत यथा सूचीबद्ध सभी राज्यों और भारतीय संघ के संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों के जिलों के जिलाधिकारी/उपायुक्त/राजस्व आयुक्त को उनके संबंधित जिलों में उपयु र्क्त अधिनियम की निरपेक्ष धाराओं के अन्तर्गत समाहर्ता के कार्यों का निष्पादन करने का एतद्द्वारा अधिकार प्रदान करती है ।

S.R.O. 66.—In exercise of the powers vested under Section 2 (f) of Works of Defence Act, 1903, the Central Government hereby authorises the District Collector/Deputy Commissioner/Commissioner of the revenue districts of all the States and Union Territories of the Indian Union as listed under first Schedule of the Indian Constitution to perform the functions of a Collector under absolute sections of the aforesaid Act in their respective Districts.
