सं. 91-प्रेज/2017--भारत के राजपत्र के भाग-I, खण्ड-1 में शनिवार, दिनांक 15 मई, 2004 को प्रकाशित इस सचिवालय की दिनांक 29 अप्रैल, 2004 की अधिसूचना संख्या 61-प्रेज/2004 के तहत मध्य प्रदेश पुलिस के अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री धर्मेन्द्र चौधरी को वीरता के लिए दिये गये पुलिस पदक को एतद्द्वारा रद्द किया जाता है तथा पुलिस पदक को शासित करने वाले नियमों के नियम 8 के तहत उस पदक को जब्त किया जाता है।

No. 91-Pres/2017—The Police Medal for Gallantry awarded to Shri Dharmendra Choudhary, Addl. S.P., Madhya Pradesh Police vide this Secretariat Notification No. 61-Pres/2004, dated 29th April, 2004 published in Part-I, Section-1 of the Gazette of India dated Saturday, the 15th May, 2004 is hereby cancelled and the medal forfeited under Rule 8 of the Rules governing the award of Police Medal.
