Shri Prasenjit Deb will be discharging all the duties attached to the post of Custodian as derived from Enemy Property Act, 1968 and rules and regulations framed under the said Act, and also all the administrative and financial powers as provided under the CCS(CCA) Rules, FRs and Delegation of Financial Power Rules, etc. He will not be entitled to any extra remuneration for holding the additional charge of the post of Custodian.
