Further, Ms. Padma Angmo is appointed as Director (Voter Education) in International Institute of Democracy and Election Management (IIDEM) under Training Wing of ECI w.e.f. 01.08.2017 to 01.01.2019 i.e. for a total tenure of 07 years (CSS +non-CSS post) by treating the post as a Non-CSS post. She will continue on the said post for a period upto 01.01.2019 or till further orders, whichever is earlier.

3. Her Central deputation tenure will be counted w.e.f. 02.01.2012.

The appointment of Shri Praveen Kumar Tiwari is subject to the detailed verification of character and antecedents etc. In case his character and antecedents, etc. are found not verified or any false information is given by him in self- declaration, his provisional appointment letter will be cancelled forthwith and other criminal/legal action will also be taken, as a consequence. He will be on probation for a period of one year with effect from 21st September, 2017.
