सं. आई-14013/42/2013-आईपीएस-1 (II)--सिविल अपील संख्या 1585-1586/2017 में माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय के दिनांक 20.07.2017 के आदेश के अनुसरण में तथा चयन समिति की दिनांक 16.11.2011 की सम्पन्न हुई बैठक में भारतीय पुलिस सेवा के एजीएमयूटी संवर्ग में पदोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति के लिये तैयार की गई चयन सूची-2010 में श्री राजकुमार झा जन्म तिथि 02.02.1958 का नाम शामिल होने और इस मंत्रालय की दिनांक 16 दिसम्बर, 2011 की अधिसूचना संख्या आई-14011/14/2011-आईपीएस-1(I) के तहत आयोग ने दिनांक 14.12.2011 को अनुमोदित किए जाने पर तथा भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (भर्ती) नियमावली, 1954 के विनियम, 9 के उप-नियम (1) के साथ पठित भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (पदोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति)़ विनियमावली, 1955 के विनियम के उप-विनियम (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राष्ट्रपति, श्री राजकुमार झा को भारतीय पुलिस सेवा में परीवीक्षा पर नियुक्त करते हैं तथा उन्हें भारतीय पुलिस सेवा सवंर्ग नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (1) के तहत संयुक्त एजीएमयूटी संवर्ग के संघ राज्य क्षेत्र खंड को आवंटित करते हैं।
2. इस रिक्ति को श्री राजकुमार झा के लिए रिट याचिका संख्या 2683/2012 और 7710/2012 में दिनांक 22.04.2013 को माननीय उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा जारी आदेश के निदेश में चयन सूची- 2010 के लिए आरक्षित रखा गया था ।
3. यह नियुक्ति 20.12.2013 से प्रभावी होगी ।
4. यह नियुक्ति सिविल अपील संख्या 1585-1586/2017 में माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय के अंतिम आदेश/निर्णय के परिणाम के अध्यधीन है और यह दिनांक 20.07.2017 के आदेश में दर्ज की गई सिविल अपीलोें में उठाए गए अधिकारों तथा विवादों के पूर्वाग्रह से रहित होगी।
