का.िन.आ.का.िन.आ.का.िन.आ.का.िन.आ. 84848484....———— राष्ट्रपति, संिवधान के अनु(cid:10)छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:23)ए, रक्षा मंत्रालय (सुलेखकार का पद) भर्ती िनयम, 2011 का संशोधन करने के िलए निम्नलिखित िनयम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1.1.1.1. संक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्तसंक्षिप्त नामनामनामनाम औरऔरऔरऔर प्रारंभप्रारंभप्रारंभप्रारंभ....————(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय (सुलेखकार का पद) संशोधन भर्ती िनयम, 2017 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. रक्षा मंत्रालय (सुलेखकार का पद) भर्ती नियम, 2011 में,
(क) नियम 2 में, शब्दों "वेतन बैंड और 9ेड वेतन या वेतनमान" और "वेतन बैंड और 9ेड वेतन या वेतन" के स्थान पर "वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर" शब्द रखे जायेंगे,
(ख) अनुसूची के स्तंभ (4) में, –
(i) शीर्ष के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित शीर्ष रखे जायेंगे, अर्थात् :-
482 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : OCTOBER 28, 2017/KARTIKA 6, 1939 [PART II—SEC. 4] (ii) प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जायेंगी, अर्थात् :-"वेतन मैट्रिक्स (25500-81100 Hपए) में स्तर 4" ।
(ग) प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, स्तंभ (11) के अधीन क(ii) में, शब्दों, अंकों और अक्षरों "वेतन बैंड-1, 5200- 20200 Hपए और 9ेड वेतन 1900 Hपए" के स्थान पर "वेतन मैट्रिक्स (19900-63200 Hपए) में स्तर 2" रखे जायेंगे ।

MINISTRY OF DEFENCE
New Delhi, the 18th October, 2017
S.R.O. 84.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence (Calligraphist's post) Recruitment Rules, 2011, namely :-
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence (Calligraphist's post) Amendment Recruitment Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ministry of Defence (Calligraphist's post) Recruitment Rules, 2011,
(a) in rule 2, for the words "pay band and grade pay or pay scale" and "pay band and grade pay or scale of pay", the words "level in the pay matrix" shall be substituted,
(b) in the Schedule, in column (4), –
(i) for the heading, the heading shall be substituted, namely :-
"Level in the Pay Matrix";
(ii) For the entries, the entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"Level 4 in the pay Matrix (Rs. 25500 – 81100)".
(c) for the entries under column (11), in a(ii), for the words, figures and letters "pay band 1, Rs.5200-20200 with grade pay of Rs.1900", the following shall be substituted.
"level 2 in pay matrix (Rs.19900 – 63200)".
