सं. आई-14011/24/2017-आईपीएस-1(II)--संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के निर्णय के फलस्वरुप दिनांक 04.07.2017 को चयन समिति की सम्पन्न हुई बैठक को दिनांक 19.07.2017 को संघ लोक सेवा आयोग ने चयन सूची 2015 जो कर्नाटक पुलिस सेवा से भारतीय पुलिस सेवा में नियुक्ति के लिए अनुमोदित है जिसमें बिना शर्त श्री देवाराजु के. जी. (जन्म तिथि : 19.05.1963) के नाम को शामिल किए जाने के लिए संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के पत्र सख्ंया 7/8/2017-एआईएस दिनांक 26.10.2017 के अनुसार राष्ट्रपति, भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (पदोन्नति द्वारा नियुक्ति) विनियम, 1955 के विनियम 9 के उप-विनियम (1) के साथ पठित भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (भर्ती) विनियम, 1954 के विनियम 9 के उप-विनियम (2) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, कर्नाटक पुलिस सेवा के श्री देवाराजु के. जी. (जन्म तिथि : 19.05.1963) सदस्य को भारतीय पुलिस सेवा में परिवीक्षा पर नियुक्त करते हैं तथा उन्हें भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (संवर्ग) विनियम, 1954 के विनियम 5 के उप-विनियम (2) के अन्तर्गत कर्नाटक संवर्ग प्रदान करते हैं।
2. उपर्युक्त नियुक्ति माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में दायर एसएलपी (सी.) संख्या 29245/2016 श्री गोपालकृष्णन एन. एवं अन्य और उससे संबंधित अन्य एसलीपीयॉं जो बेंगलुरु उच्च न्यायालय में दायर रिट पीटिशन संख्या 27674/2012 श्री खलील अहमद के. आर. एवं अन्य के आदेश दिनांक 21.06.2016 तथा ओए. संख्या 355-359/2016 श्री रेणुका के. सुकुमार व ओए. संख्या 362-364/2016 श्री कुमारस्वामी एवं अन्य और ओए. संख्या 365-377/2016 डा. शिवाकुमार एव अन्य द्वारा दायर माननीय केन्द्रीय प्रशासनिक अधिकरण बेेंगलुरु में दायर याचिकाओं के परिणाम के अध्यधीन होगी ।
3. उपरोक्त अधिकारी भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (परिवीक्षा) विनियम, 1954, के तहत एक वर्ष के लिये परिवीक्षा पर रहेंगे और भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (परिवीक्षा) विनियम, 1954 के नियम 5 (4) में संशोधन दिनांक 10.05.2011 के तहत अधिकारियों को इंडक्शन प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करना होगा ।
4. यह नियुक्ति अधिसूचना के जारी होने की तिथि से प्रभावी होगी।
