कंपनी अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 497 के अनुपालन में एतद्द्वारा सूचना दी जाती है कि कंपनी के समापन के संचालन तथा संपत्ति के निपटान में प्रयुक्त तरीके तथा परिसमापक द्वारा दिए जाने वाले किसी स्पष्टीकरण पर सुनवाई तथा कंपनी के विशेष प्रस्ताव में पारित कंपनी तथा परिसमापक की बही, खाते तथा दस्तावेज के निपटान में तरीके की जानकारी सदस्यों के समक्ष पेश करने के उद्देश्य से उपर्युक्त नामित कंपनी के सदस्यों की आमसभा 5, रोनाल्डशे रोड, अलीपुर कोलकाता-700027, पश्चिम बंगाल, भारत में 29 दिसंबर, 2017 को दिन के 11 बजे आयोजित होगी।

As per the requirements of Rule 18 of Securities Contracts (Regulations) Rules, 1957, the proposed amendments to the Byelaws and the Byelaws (F&O segment) of the National Securities Clearing Corporation Limited (NSCCL) as given hereunder are published for criticism in accordance with the provisions of Section 23 of General Clauses Act, 1897 in the Gazette of India. Any person having any observations on the proposed amendments to Byelaws and Byelaws (F&O segment) can send the same in writing to the undersigned at Exchange Plaza, Sixth Floor, 'A' wing, Plot C-1, Block G, Bandra - Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai - 400 051 within fifteen days from the date of this publication in the Gazette.
