(िसिवल) सं . 27418/2016 शीर्षक "दिनेश मनचन्दा एवं अन्य बनाम दिल्ली उ] न्यायालय एवं अन्य" (iv) एस.एल.पी. (िसिवल) सं. 22722/2016 शीर्षक "प्रतिमा रानी गुप्ता एवं अन्य बनाम दिल्ली उ] न्यायालय एवं अन्य" तथा (v) रिट याचिका (िसिवल) सं. 8016/2016 शीर्षक "अतुल कु मार शर्मा बनाम दिल्ली उ] न्यायालय एवं अन्य" के परिणाम के अध्यधीन तथा इस शर्त के अध्यधीन भी हैं कि उपरोक्त निर्णयों के 6ियान्वयन के परिणामस्वरूप यदि उनका वरिष्ठता स्तर अवनत होता है तो वे अपना पद अपने से ऊपर आसीन अिधकारी (गण)/कर्मचारी (गण) हेतु छोड़ने के लिए बाध्य होंगे एवं यदि कोई रिक्ति उपलब्ध नहZ होती है तो वे प्रत्यावTर्तत हो जायेंगे ।

NOTES : 1. The officers at S.No. 2 & 3 are cautioned that they should desist from taking excess leaves.
2. The appointment of Mr. Ram Singh, as officiating Deputy Registrar will be subject to outcome of disciplinary proceedings pending against Mr. Arun Kumar-II, Assistant Registrar, and if on opening the sealed cover containing the findings with regard to his suitability for appointment to the post of Deputy Registrar, Mr. Arun Kumar-II, Assistant Registrar is found fit for appointment to the post of Deputy Registrar and if no vacancy is available, Mr. Ram Singh shall stand reverted to his previous post.
Consequently, the condition imposed on the appointment of Mr. Kishor Kumar as Officiating Deputy Registrar subject to outcome of disciplinary proceedings pending against Mr.Arun Kumar-II vide Notification No. 455/Estt./E-2/DHC dated 02.08.2017 stands removed.
3. The above appointments shall be further subject to outcome of (i) SLP (Civil) No. 20362/2016 titled "Ravinder Pahuja & Ors. Vs. High Court of Delhi & Ors.", (ii) SLP (Civil) No. 19374/2016 titled "K.K.Sharma & Ors. Vs. High Court of Delhi & Ors.", (iii) SLP (Civil) No. 27418/2016 titled "Dinesh Manchanda & Ors. Vs. High Court of Delhi & Ors.", (iv) SLP (Civil) No. 22722/2016 titled "Pratima Rani Gupta & Others Vs High Court of Delhi and Ors." and (v) W.P. (C) No.8016/2016 titled "Atul Kumar Sharma Vs. Delhi High Court and Anr.", and also subject to the condition that in case as a result of implementation of above decisions their seniority position is depressed, they will be liable to yield their position to the officer(s)/official(s) placed senior to them and in case no vacancy is available, they will stand reverted.
