No. 46/9/2016-R&R—In terms of rule 4(1) of the Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal and other Authorities (Qualifications, Experience and other Conditions of Service of Members) Rules, 2017 read with section 184 of the Finance Act, 2017, the President hereby appoints Shri S. D. Dubey as Technical Member of the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity for a term of three years with effect from the forenoon of the 9th November, 2017 or till he attains the age of 65 years, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
