(i) Mr. Manish Kumar, having address at 214, Durga Chambers, D.B. Gupta Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110005 is hereby appointed as Liquidator ('the new Liquidator') for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets thereof in place of Mr. Jatin S. Popat, upon his resignation as Liquidator of the Company;

(ii) The new Liquidator is authorised to exercise all or any of the powers conferred upon him under the provisions of Section 512 read with Section 457 of the Companies Act, 1956 and the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959;

(iii) For the purpose of such winding up, the new Liquidator be remunerated with a lump sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) in discharge of his duties, subject to other terms of the engagement letter dated 30th January, 2018, plus Goods and Services Tax at applicable rates, and out of pocket expenses at actual."
