सं.सं.सं.सं. 103103103103 /ई/ई/ई/ई----10/10/10/10/स्था.स्था.स्था.स्था.----I////डी.एच.सी.डी.एच.सी.डी.एच.सी.डी.एच.सी.———— भारतीय संिवधान के अनु(cid:4)छेद 229 के अंतर्गत िविहत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:19)ए इस न्यायालय की माननीय कार्यकारी मुख्य न्यायाधीश, दिल्ली उ(cid:4)च न्यायालय स्थापना (नियुक्ति एवं सेवा शत)) िनयम,1972 अनुसूची-II की +. सं. 24 को सहर्ष संशोिधत करती हैं ताकि उसे निम्न प्रकार से पढ़ा जाए :-

| (स) की किसी/सम्मिलित 3ेणियों में चार वषH की सेवा सहित किसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से म ट्रिक परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण अथवा समतुल्य अथवा ै किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान उत्तीर्ण प्रमाण-पत्र। |
नोटनोटनोटनोट : : : : उपरोक्त संशोधन तत्काल प्रभाव से प्रवृत्त होंगे।

No. 103/E-10/Estt.-I/DHC.— In exercise of the powers vested under Article 229 of the Constitution of India, Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice of this Court has been pleased to amend S. No. 24 of the Schedule-II to the Delhi High Court Establishment (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1972, so as to read as under:-

| 24. | Photocopy Machine Operator Grade – I | For members of the Establishment of the High Court : Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or Industrial Training Institute pass certificate from a recognized Institute with four years service in any/combined categories of Usher, Library Attendant, Photocopy Machine Operator Grade-II, Court Attendant, Room Attendant, Lawn Attendant, Security Attendant and Court Attendant (S) mentioned in Schedule-I, having proficiency in handling of Photocopy Machine. | By promotion from the categories of Usher, Library Attendant, Photocopy Machine Operator Grade-II, Court Attendant, Room Attendant, Lawn Attendant, Security Attendant and (S) mentioned in Court Attendant Schedule-I, on the basis of seniority- cum-suitability. |
Note : The above amendment shall come into force with immediate effect.
