Notifcation No. DCBR. No. LC-01/08.32.076/2017-18—In pursuance of Section 36A(2) of B R Act, 1949 (AACS) Reserve Bank of India hereby notifies that Sher Nagrik Sahakari Bank Ltd., Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh) has ceased to be a co-operative bank within the meaning of this Act, and thereupon all the provisions of this Act applicabale to such co-operative bank shall cease to apply to it, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such notice.
