2. उपरोक्त अधिकारीगण पूर्व चयनित निजी सचिवों जो तब से निजी सचिवों के रूप में कार्य कर रहे हैं, को छेड़े बिना अपनी परस्पर मेरिट के अनुसार चुनिन्दा सूची में सबसे नीचे (अंतिम सफ़ल अrयर्थी अर्थात् 0ी जितेन्V कु मार के बाद) रखे जायेंगे|

the Acting Chief Justice has been pleased to make the following appointments on the establishment of this Court:—

Note : 1. The appointment of above mentioned officers will be on probation initially for a period of one year from the date of their appointment and expiry of the period of probation shall not result in their automatic confirmation.
2. All the above mentioned officers would be placed at the bottom of the select list (after the last successful candidate, namely, Mr. Jitender Kumar) as per their inter se merit, without disturbing the Private Secretaries who were earlier selected and who have been working as Private Secretary thereafter.
3. The above appointments are subject to outcome of the (i) SLP (Civil) No.20362/2016 titled "Ravinder Pahuja & Ors. Vs High Court of Delhi & Ors."; (ii) SLP (Civil) No.19374/2016 titled "K.K.Sharma & Ors. Vs. High Court of Delhi & Ors"; (iii) SLP (Civil) No.27418/2016 titled "Dinesh Manchanda & Ors. Vs. High Court of Delhi and Ors."; (iv) SLP (Civil) No.22722/2016 titled "Pratima Rani Gupta & Others Vs. High Court of Delhi and Ors."; (v) W.P.(C) No.8016/2016 titled "Atul Kumar Sharma Vs. Delhi High Court and Anr.", (vi) SLP (Civil) No.21824/2016 titled "V.K.Mittal & Ors. Vs. Registrar General, Delhi High Court & Ors.; and as also subject to the condition that in case, as a result of implementation of above decisions their seniority position is depressed, they will be liable to yield their position to the officer(s)/ official(s) placed senior to them and in case no vacancy is available, they shall stand reverted.
