काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन....आआआआ.... 28282828....————राष्ट्रपति, संिवधान के अनु(cid:17)छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:31)ए, रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा लेखा िवभाग (सहायक लेखा अिधकारी) भर्ती नियम, 2015 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित िनयम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा लेखा िवभाग (सहायक लेखा अिधकारी) भर्ती (संशोधन) िनयम, 2017 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा लेखा िवभाग (सहायक लेखा अिधकारी) भर्ती िनयम, 2015 िजसे(इसमें इसके प<ात मूल नियम कहा गया है) िनयम 3 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित िनयम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

"3. पद की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर.— उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर, वह होगा जो इन नियमों से उपाबI अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) से (4) में विनिNर्दष्ट है।"

S.R.O. 28.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Defence Accounts Department (Assistant Accounts Officer) Recruitment Rules, 2015, namely :-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Defence Accounts Department (Assistant Accounts Officer) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Defence, Defence Accounts Department (Assistant Accounts Officer) Recruitment Rules, 2015 [hereinafter referred to or the said rules], for rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :-

"3. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of said post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule." 3. In the Schedule to the said rules,-

(a) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

4. in column (11), under sub-heading 'Deputation/Absorption' Note-2 shall be omitted.

काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन....आआआआ.... 22229999....————राष्ट्रपति, संिवधान के अनु(cid:17)छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:31)ए, रक्षा लेखा िवभाग (लेखापरीक्षक) भर्ती नियम, 2009 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित िनयम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ....————(1) इन नियमों का नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा लेखा िवभाग (लेखापरीक्षक) भर्ती(संशोधन) िनयम, 2017 है।

(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

2. रक्षा लेखा िवभाग (लेखापरीक्षक) भर्ती िनयम, 2009 में,-

(i) नियम 2 के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

"2. पद संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर ---- उक्त पद की संख्या, उसका वर्गीकरण और उसके साथ संल[ वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर, को इन नियमों के साथ संल[ अनुसूची के स्तम्भों (2) से (4) में विनिNर्दष्ट किया जाएगा"

(ii) अनुसूची में,-

(क) स्तम्भ (4) में, स्तम्भ शीर्षक और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित स्तंभशीर्ष और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Defence Accounts Department (Auditor) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Defence Accounts Department (Auditor) Recruitment Rules, 2009,-

(i) for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :-

"2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of said post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule annexed to these rules".

(ii) in the Schedule,-

(a) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

Note : The principal rules dated the 15th September, 2009 were published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 4 vide number S.R.O. 22 on the 26th day of September, 2009. Subsequently amended vide notification S.R.O. 95, dated the 30th October, 2012 published in the Gazette of India on 10th day of November, 2012, S.R.O. 53 dated the 11th August, 2014 published in Gazette of India on dated the 24th day of August, 2014, S.R.O.23 dated the 3rd May, 2016 published in Gazette of India on dated the 21st May, 2016.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Defence, Defence Accounts Department (Stenographer Grade II) Recruitment Rules, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :-

काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन....आआआआ.... 31313131....————राष्ट्रीय कै डेट कोर अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का 31) की धारा 12 की उपधारा (1) और (1ए) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:31)ए के न्bीय सरकार एतद्द्वारा कु मारी सुष्मिता देव और 'ी हरीश चन्b मीना, लोक सभा के सांसदों की नियुक्ति राष्ट्रीय कै डेट कोर की के न्bीय सलाहकार समिति के सदस्य के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है तथा इसके लिए भारत सरकार के रक्षा मंत्रालय की समय-समय पर यथासंशोिधत अिधसूचना सं. का.िन.आ. 76-ई दिनांक 10 अक्तू बर, 1983 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है; अर्थात्:-

S.R.O. 31.—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (1A) of Section 12 of the National Cadet Corps Act, 1948 (31 of 1948), Central Government hereby notifies appointment of Ms. Sushmita Dev and Shri Harish Chandra Meena, Members of Parliament (Lok Sabha) as members of the Central Advisory Committee for the National Cadet Corps and for that purpose amends notification of Government of India in Ministry of Defence No. SRO 76-E dated the 10th October, 1983, as amended from time to time as follows, namely:-
