एतद~द्वारा सूचना प्रदान की जाती है कि माननीय उ%च न्यायालय नई दिल्ली द्वारा उक्त नामब(cid:22) कं पनी को समाप्ति तथा बंद कार्य (वाइंडिग अप) हेतु एक याचिका तििथ 28.01.2016 को इमेजेज मल्टीमीडिया प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, द्वारा प्रस्तुत की गयी थी तथा किथत यािचका ितिथ 07.03.2018 को माननीय उ%च न्यायलय के सम्मुख सुनवाई हेतु निद8शित है।

(21)22 DELHI GAZETTE, NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY GOVT.: MAY 24, 2018/ JYAISTHA 3, 1940 PART II-II] माननीय उ%च न्यायkलय, नई दिल्ली के पारित आदेश दिनांक 08.09.2017 सी.पी. संख्या 85/2016 में शासकीय समापक को कं पनी के अंतरिम परिसमापक नियुक्त किया है और याचिका का वि@ापन प्रकाशित करने का निद8श दिया गया है। याचिका में सुनवाई की अगली तारीख 01.08.2018 के लिए तय की गई है।
उक्त याचिका पर आदेश करने का समर्थन या विरोध करने के इ%छु क कोई भी ऋणदाता, अंशदाता अथवा कोई अन्य Dयक्ति उनके नाम तथा पते के साथ स्वयं या अपने अधिवक्ता द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित अपने आशय की सूचना अधोहस्ताक्षरी के पास इस तरह से भेजें ताकि वह अधोहस्ताक्षरी के पास याचिका की सुनवाई के लिए निर्धारित तिथि अर्थात 01.08.2018 से कम से कम 5 दिन पहले पHंच जाए तथा उक्त प्रयोजन हेतु स्वयं या अपने अधिवक्ता के माध्यम से इस सुनवाई में उपस्थित हों। याचिका की एक प्रति कार्यालय अधोहस्ताक्षरी द्वारा उक्त हेतु निर्धारित शुल्क के भुगतान पर किसी भी ऋणदाता या अंशदाता को उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।

ADVERTISEMENT OF PETITION
Notice is hereby given that a petition under Section 433 (e) & (f) read with Section 434 of the Companies Act, 1956 for the winding up of the above Respondent Company by the Hon'ble High Court at New Delhi on 28.01.2016, was presented to the Hon'ble High Court by the Images Multimedia Private Limited, creditor of the Respondent Company.
The Hon'ble High Court of Delhi vide order dated 08.09.2017 passed in C.P.No.85/2016 appointed the Official liquidator as the provisional liquidator of the company and directed the Official Liquidator to publish the advertisement of petition. The next date of hearing in the said petition is fixed for 01.08.2018.
[PART II-II DELHI GAZETTE, NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY GOVT.: MAY 24, 2018/JYAISTHA 3, 1940 23Any creditor, contributory or other person desirous of supporting or opposing the making of an order on the said petition should send to the undermentioned notice of his intention signed by him or his advocate with his name and address, so as to reach the undermentioned not later than 5 days before the date fixed for the hearing of the petition i.e. 01.08.2018 and appear at the hearing for the purpose in person or by his advocate. A copy of the petition will be furnished by the undermentioned to any creditor or contributory on payment of the prescribed charges for the same.

Notice is hereby given that a petition under Section 433 (e) and (f) read with section 434 of the Companies Act, 1956 for the winding up of the above Respondent Company by the Hon'ble High Court at New Delhi on 05.12.2015 was presented by Indiasign (P) Ltd. 30, DSIDC Complex , Mata Sundri Road, New Delhi and Head office at A-49, Hastan Complex , Electronic City ,Sector -18 , Gurgaon-122015 creditor of the Respondent Company.
The Hon'ble High Court of Delhi vide order dated 20.04.2017 passed in C.P. No. 67/2015 appointed the Official liquidator as the provisional liquidator of the company and directed the Official Liquidator to publish the advertisement of petition. The next date of hearing in the said petition is fixed for 30.07.2018 at 10:30 AM.
