काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन....आआआआ. . . . 41414141....————राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनु(cid:23)छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते #ए, आर्डनेंस कारखाना पर्यवेक्षक (भंडार) और भंडारी (समूह 'ग' अनौद्योगिक कॉडर) (भर्ती और सेवा की शत2) िनयम, 2012 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :—

1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम आर्डनेंस कारखाना-पर्यवेक्षक (भंडार) और भंडारी (समूह 'ग' अनौद्योगिक कॉडर) (भर्ती और सेवा की शत2) (संशोधन) िनयम, 2018 है ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

2. आर्डनेंस कारखाना-पर्यवेक्षक (भंडार) और भंडारी (समूह 'ग' अनौद्योगिक कॉडर) (भर्ती और सेवा की शत2) िनयम, 2012 में, (1) िनयम 3 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :—

"3. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-उक्त पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वे होंगे जो उक्त अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से स्तंभ (4) में विनिJर्दष्ट हैं ।",

(2) अनुसूची में,-

(i) स्तंभ (4) में, स्तंभ शीर्ष और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित स्तंभ शीर्ष और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात् :—

(ii) स्तंभ (11) में, ''वेतन बैंड-1, 5200-20200 Nपए और Oेड वेतन 1900 Nपए'' प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर ''वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-2 (19900-63200 Nपए)'' प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी ।

(ख) भंडारी के पद संबंधी L.सं.2 के सामने,-

(i) स्तंभ (4) में, प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएगी, अर्थात् :—

''स्तर-2

(19900-63200 Nपए)'';

(ii) स्तंभ (10) में ''Oेड वेतन 1800 Nपए'' प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर ''वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-1 (18000- 56900 Nपए)'' प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएगी ;

(iii) स्तंभ (11) में ''Oेड वेतन 1800 Nपए'' प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर ''वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-1 (18000- 56900 Nपए)'' प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी ।

S.R.O. 41.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ordnance Factories, Supervisor (Stores) and Store Keeper (Group 'C' Non-industrial Cadre) (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules,2012, namely .-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Ordnance Factories, Supervisor (Stores) and Store Keeper (Group 'C' Non-industrial Cadre) (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ordnance Factories, Supervisor (Stores) and Store Keeper (Group 'C' Non-industrial Cadre) (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules,2012, - [भाग II—खण्ड 4] भारत का राजपत्रा : जून 16, 2018/ज्येष्ठ 26, 1940 161

(1) for rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :-

"3. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix. - The number of the said posts, their classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.";

(2) in the Schedule,-

(a) against serial number 1, relating to the post of Supervisor (Stores),-

(i) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely :-

(ii) in column (11), for the entries " the pay band-1, Rs.5,200-20,200 plus grade pay Rs. 1900", the entries "level 2 (Rs.19900-63200) in the pay matrix" shall be substituted.

(b) against serial number 2, relating to the post of Store Keeper,-

(i) in column (4), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-

"Level- 2

(Rs.19900-63200)" ;

(ii) in column (10), for the entries "grade pay of Rs, 1,800", the entries "level 1 (Rs.18000- 56900) in the pay matrix" shall be substituted;

(iii) in column (11), for the entries "grade pay of Rs. 1,800", the entries "level 1 (Rs.18000- 56900) in the pay matrix" shall be substituted.

1. Short title and commencement:- (1) These rules may be called the Army Group 'C' (Cooks/Cooks Special Grade-I) Recruitment( Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Army Group 'C' (Cooks/Cooks Special Grade-I) Recruitment Rules, 2011,

(i) for Rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

"2. Number of posts, classification and Level in Pay Matrix.- The number of said post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. "

(ii) In the Schedule ,

(a) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
