काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन....आआआआ. . . . 43434343....————राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनु(cid:23)छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते #ए, आ&डनेंस फै क्टरी संगठन के अधीन आ&डनेंस और आ&डनेंस उपस्कर फै क्टरी और अन्य कार्यालय और स्थापन में ज्येष्ठ गस्टेटनर आपरेटर (समूह 'ग' अनौद्योगिक पद) भर्ती नियम, 2016 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. 1. 1. 1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभसंक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ—(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम आ&डनेंस फै क्टरी संगठन के अधीन आ&डनेंस और आ&डनेंस उपस्कर फै क्टरी और अन्य कार्यालय और स्थापन में ज्येष्ठ गस्टेटनर आपरेटर (समूह 'ग' अनौद्योगिक पद) भर्ती (संशोधन) िनयम, 2018201820182018 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. आ&डनेंस फै क्टरी संगठन के अधीन आ&डनेंस और आ&डनेंस उपस्कर फै क्टरी और अन्य कार्यालय और स्थापन में ज्येष्ठ गस्टेटनर आपरेटर (समूह 'ग' अनौद्योगिक पद) भर्ती नियम, 2016201620162016 में,--
(I) िनयम 2 में, ''वेतन बैंड और Gेड वेतन या वेतनमान और वेतन बैंड और Gेड वेतन या वेतनमान, जहां-जहां वे आते हैं,'' शब्दों के स्थान पर ''वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर'' शब्द रखे जाएंगे;

(II) अनुसूची में,-
(क) स्तंभ (4) में, स्तंभ शीर्ष और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित स्तंभ शीर्ष और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-

(ख) स्तंभ (11) में,
(I) ''वेतन बैंड-1, 5200-20200 Pपए + 1800 Pपए Gेड वेतन'' प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:-
''वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर-1 (18000-56900 Pपए)''
(ii) टिप्पण 2 का लोप किया जाएगा ।

S.R.O. 43.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ordnance and Ordnance Equipment Factories and other offices and establishment under the Ordnance Factory Organisation Senior Gestetner Operator, (Group 'C' Non- industrial post) Recruitment Rules,2016, namely :-
1. Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Ordnance and Ordnance Equipment Factories and other offices and establishment under the Ordnance Factory Organisation Senior Gestetner Operator, (Group 'C' Non-industrial post) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ordnance and Ordnance Equipment Factories and other offices and establishment under the Ordnance Factory Organisation Senior Gestetner Operator, (Group 'C' Non-industrial post) Recruitment Rules,2016, - (i) in rule 2, for the words "Pay band and grade pay or pay scale" and "pay band and grade pay or pay scale", wherever they occur, the words "Level in the Pay Matrix" shall be substituted;
(ii) in the Schedule,-
(a) in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely :-

| Level- 2 in the Pay Matrix (Rs. 19900-63200)"; |

(b) in column 11, -
(I) for the entry "pay band-1, Rs. 5200-20,200 plus grade pay of Rs. 1800/-", the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"Level-1, in the Pay Matrix (Rs. 18,000-56,900)";
(II) Note 2 shall be omitted.
